We promote multidisciplinary knowledge for those with degrees in engineering and science. We create connections in the worlds of engineering and science and promote practical learning of the fields important to the Israeli and international economy.

The Arena is a center for collaboration and multidisciplinary lifelong learning in the fields of engineering, science, and technology.
Our challenge
Planning and establishing learning and discussion frameworks for STEM graduates who are engaged in the development and advancement of these fields in the world of work. We believe that these graduates will lead research and development as technological locomotives in innovative and groundbreaking worlds in Israel and around the world.

Engineering Leadership Development
A structured curriculum for developing leadership among engineers and technologists. Graduates will be given the tools and perspectives to influence strategy design for Israeli industry and the Israeli economy as a whole.
